The platinum seal is a visual mark. Authenticity depends on a valid digital signature and an exact match with the issued file, not on the image alone.
Verify an issued instrument
Scan the QR code inside the protocol or enter its reference here. The identifier may also be recovered from the original seal PNG.
Confirm document integrity
Select the original PDF or DOCX file. Its fingerprint is computed on your device. Your file is not uploaded to Tocio.
Inspect the concealed seal ID optional
Select the original lossless seal PNG to extract its hidden identifier. Screenshots, resized versions and printed scans will not preserve the encoded pixel data reliably.
Scope of proof: A successful check confirms that an unmodified file matches the fingerprint signed by the holder of Tocio's issuer key. It does not prove that the Council has ratified the instrument, that the named issuer has legal authority, or that the content is legally binding. This is a domain-published self-issued credential, not an independent certification authority.
